Mission/Objectives
La Conner's Finance Department is responsive, helpful and efficient in serving the La Conner citizens, elected officials and other Town Departments. We work to provide the highest quality financial management and accountability within the means of the department.

La Conner's Finance Department encompasses the duties and responsibilities of the Clerk-Treasurer in other jurisdictions. Specific responsibilities include management of:

  • The Town budget
  • The Town's annual financial report
  • Human resources
  • Payroll processing
  • Utility billing and collection practices
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Facilities rentals
  • Business & Dog Licensing
