Utility Rate Increase Information
Per La Conner Municipal Code 12.15.030 and 12.10.060 (Town of La Conner Ordinance 1182 and Ordinance 1195) the 2022 Town of La Conner Water and Sewer Utility Rates have increased by 9.6%. Per La Conner Municipal Code 12.30.020 the 2022 Town of La Conner Storm Drain Rate has increased by 9.6%. Please see below for a list of various water, wastewater and storm drain projects that the increase in utility rates will support.
